I'll start the discussion with something positive: the section on education doesn't mention "controversial theories" or suggest that critical thinking skills undermine parents' rights to brainwash their kids (see the official Texas platform for that).
Of course the bad side of that is by not addressing those issues, they aren't saying they aren't for those things.
