For the last few months Mi'kmaq, Acadian and anglophone settlers in New Brunswick have been working together to blockade a Texas oil company in order to prevent fracking. Today the RCMP moved in with assault rifles, tazed people, arrested the Mi'kmaq chief and apparently at least one live round has been fired.
