According to the Federal Communications Commission, broadcasters can only reject a federal candidate's ad if it contains a copyright infringement, or is defamatory."
If I were to run for a Federal seat just how far would the FCC allow my ads to go? Could I use my air time to run horrid, graphic footage of dairies or egg farms? Could I use it to air porn?
