I have some fresh chives I used for baked potatoes this week and now I'm sick of baked potatoes. What else can I use em for?

I toss it on salads, soups and roasted vegetables.
you could always chop and freeze it until you are in the mood for baked potatoes again.

Dice and mix with tofutti cream cheese. Slather on bagels. Unoriginal, but nevertheless perfection.

I opened this thread to tell you "potatoes." Then I read the post.
Chop them up and mix them with vegan mayo, then dip veggie wings in. Mmm.
I'll be paying attention to this thread as well; chives are one of the herbs I miraculously didn't kill.
