For a
sweet potato pie I made a crust with:
1 C brown rice flour
1 C almond meal
1/3 C Nuttelex (vegan margarine)
2 T water
Combine flour & almond meal. Rub through Nuttelex. Add water, form into a dough. Crumble dough into a greased pie dish and press into a crust. Chill for 15-20 mins then bake for 10 minutes at 160C. Fill and bake.
