Last night's episode made me laugh more at that show than I have in a while. Particulary the whole cake grifting thing.

yes, I want to give my support to this thread. In general, 30 rock is a great show, but that was an especially delightful episode.

my son refers to the hulu homepage as "30 rock," and he can't read yet, so i think that should give you some idea as to my affection for the show.

also: this makes me laugh so hard every single time. "remember waving?"

It was very good! Which was nice because the live episode made me all nervous cause it was totally unfunny. It's amazing how much of a difference some editing makes!

The cake grifting was hilarious. The Reaganing theme was less so, with the exception of the moment where Jack figured out how to get Tracy to say his lines.

I just wish they wouldn't pretend that Liz Lemon is somehow hideously unattractive. Do they think we don't have eyes?

Seriously. Everyone I know - male and female - would drop everything to run away with that fine lady.

I didn't think this one was as much about her being unattractive as about her having all sorts of crazy hangups.

Yeah, but it's a pretty prominent theme on the show that Liz is unattractive and kind of gross and unhygenic - even though she always always looks super foxy.
I think the character is probably based on real-life tv show writers who are not graced with such good looks as Tina.

Tina Fey (and Liz Lemon, gross toes or no!) is hot. I would have so many of her babies.

Haha, yes Tracey was the most hilarious, as usual!

You can download Werewolf Bar mitzah and Christopher Cross's "Lemon's Theme" here: http://stereogum.com/580092/hear-a-were ... tuff/mp3s/
(and possibly win signed 30 Rock, but whatever)

Werewolf Bar Mitzvah is now my new Halloween song.

BAH! That one made me giggle out loud. Also how everything is owned by Halliburton. 'Cause it probably is.

Latest episode was amazing.

OMG Lesbian Mario Brothers was my favorite phrase of 2010. And Joanna that clip is priceless. Blow a kiss!...No, with your hand!

Yeah i thought this one was really annoying. That girl was awful and I didn't like how disliking her was deemed somehow antifeminist. Laaame

i don't think that was the message at all. i don't really think there was a message. any message that 30 rock seems mentions is usually a joke, making fun of things with messages.
