I didn't read the recipe in detail until just now, and realized the only masa harina I have is Bob's Red Mill. Am I doomed to make regular corn tortillas or can I still do the arepas with this stuff?

Yeah. i just saw that it's got limewater going on, so no arepas. Gorditas it is!
