wonder if JP's legs hurt after plyometrics... I've never done that, but I've seen people in the gym doing it- looks intense!
They sure did the first time around! I did my second round of plyo today, and I feel like I'll be less sore, but who knows. I was pretty damn sore for a few days last week, though! My quads were like wood.

listen, you guys. i'm sore from rolling out dumpling wrappers. who knew i could get such an amazing core and upper body workout from a stiff dough? i should make an exercise video called 'kitchen workouts'.
seriously. my abs, arms, and shoulders are killing me. and my palms are bruised. pilates should be fun tonight.

My shoulders are so sore today, I love it. I think I'm going to make today my easy day though and do yoga instead of my usual cardio and weight training.

I hurt my hip. And not in the "sweet, I'm sore" way. I don't know what I did.
I wish I could do plyo- it looks so awesome. I just think I'd break something.

Arms flacid. No strength left. Manly-lookin', though.
I've been working on getting them, well, more symmetrical. Turns out my technique was a little off. Possibly because my gym buddies are both kittens. Kittens are very distracting and do not give useful feedback.

My whole body has that dull soreness. Everywhere. Note to self: do not take a week and a half off of barre workout and then do three days in a row.

I just picked up one of these and I think my abs are trying to escape from my body. And my calves are super sore and feel like jelly.

I'm just sore all over and I think it's because I'm not sleeping. I used to be able to do kapoptonnes of cardio and stuff without a problem, but I am just achy.
Waaaahhhh. End rant.

I love being sore! Well not like "I overstretched my shoulder sore," that blows but I love when my legs are a little sore and I can feel it when I walk.

The trail we wanted to use was closed so my friend's running group pals said there was another one nearby we could go to. They told us the directions and I knew it wasn't as close as they were making it sound so got nervous since I am not a runner. I was able to jog to the trail and power-walked the rest of the way. I felt great when we were done, but my thighs feel like they should just snap right off. I jogged a bit with the dog and my booty hurt, probably from flopping in the breeze while jogging all that way. I played with the big kids and got my asparagus handed to me. I needed to wake up those parts though, want to try it again another time.
