mine is extremely boring. i just went to the grocery store for veggie stock so I could make some seitan. Later I'll make seitan and possibly dye my hair.

I was going to make this the "how boring was your Saturday" thread and tell you how boring my entire day was, but you all would have fallen asleep.

Boring. Haven't left the house in hours. Oh well. Could be worse.
It's my fault I'm not taking initiative to actually do something. I'd rather be home, silent, relaxing.
My morning was really nice, so it all balances out.

Pretty boring. I will be watching Dollhouse and eating foods that are not good for me.

my whole day has been boring and the boringness has continued into the evening. I'm writing out a grocery list because I keep forgetting to buy essentials: soy milk, coffee, bread, cinnamon.

i totally win. i drove 45 minutes to babysit my niece (5) and nephew (2). we played with some playdough, i read some stories, and now i get to sit in silence stealing the internet from my brother for the next 4 hours.

with nothing to eat!

and then drive 45 minutes back home to go to bed.

update on boringness: While making seitan, I spilled vital wheat gluten everywhere. And I'm almost out of aluminum foil.

Well, I've got a mountain of homework ahead of me. But I also have a skype date with a far-away friend, and I'm planning to go for a run in the wind (it's craaazy windy which is beautiful!). So it will balance out well. And my day was full of fun and love, so I'm okay with a quiet night.

I didn't even leave the house today because I spent all AM working on a proposal and then I got stuck on a three hour conference call for a scifi con committee I'm on. My Saturday night is consisting of laying on the sofa with the laptop and feeling sorry for myself because I need to empty a giant pot of chili we forgot to put in the fridge last night but I've been putting off doing it. Funtastic.

I am eating an apple and browsing the ppk. If I decide to get interesting, I might fold some laundry. Take that Saturday night!

I'm alternating between watching Monk and watching a raw chef's videos. I think I might go to bed soon.

I had to work all day, and it's raining, so all I really want to do this evening is sit around. I took a shower when I got home, ate some soup, and now I'm here. I will probably go to sleep very early. Hooray!

I bought a "Texas sized" muffin tin today (bigger than jumbo muffins) and I should be making pies crust for mini apple pies. But I'm lazily PPKing on my boring Saturday night instead.

my night is boring, but I am so insanely grateful for a boring night. I have been working so much in the past 6-7 weeks. I think this is only my 4th day off in that whole time. Plus, most of those other days "off," I was really just doing more planning for work.

It's been raining all day, and I woke up with my knee hurting so badly that I can't walk... so, I've had a boring day. But, still, an all-round good day. I guess I am a little boring!

"I will hoover your dick."
"Do you like it from the inside out?"

My seitan is done. I'm using the lack of light in my kitchen as an excuse not to clean up, but i'll probably move a lamp in there eventually and do it.
