So I got it in my head that my contribution to the next Sydney bake sale HAS to be donuts, the baked kind. Only problem is the difficulty in finding a donut tin/tray. I've found this one online

Anyhoo, the purpose of this thread was to ask if anyone here as tried making baked donuts and what recipe you recommend. I think i'm going to use the recipe in Vegan YumYum, it looks pretty straightforward.
