Not just a cookbook, but it's written by our girl Melisser and there is an epic PPK presence.
Plus, there are good recipes! I really love the crispy tempeh and Brussels over polenta, and kittee's amazing mac and cheese.

I have it but have yet to try any of the recipes. I really want to make the jackfruit carnitas. Melisser (or at least her book) went shopping with me yesterday and help me pick out some makeup and new make up brushes!

I loved the interviews with all the awesome PPKers!

I got this book for Xmas and it's adorable! I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I've spent lots of time reading the profiles of all the awesome ppkers. Actually, wait I lied, I've made the jackfruit carnitas in the past, and I'm glad I have a hard copy of this recipe now in this book.

The ladybro pie is also stellar, and I normally despise making pie.

I haven't tried any recipe so far, but I mean to make the tempeth and Brussels sprouts over polenta too! Very nice book.

I picked this up with some gift cards this afternoon. I chuckled a little when I saw the back of the book had it classified as Self-Help.
I will have to sit down with it this weekend and read the interviews.

This book is adorable.
I want to recommend the chipotle hominy stew. It is super easy and it's really, really yummy. Use all of the toppings Melisser suggests.

I liked that, too! I love this book--what a great resource! I'm so thankful for it because I got the what to eat down OK, but then it was like, now to everything else. I was really overwhelmed (a little melodramatic, but still) when I was trying to find new mascara. I don't leave the house without mascara, and not only was mine not vegan, I found the company on Peta's Tests on Animals list. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I didn't really get it for that as much as I needed a cool vegan older sister to help me navigate the world of being a vegan girly girl.

LOVE the Vanilla Bean icing! I think I even ate the leftovers on toast. And I second what Tofulish said- seeing it packed full of PPK'ers was cool.

My wife is featured (I think on page 82, Jen Never Felt Better). It is a cool book, got a lot of positive feed back at our store.

Bought it for my Christmas present to myself. It's so sweet and very fun to read. I like that there are recipes, shopping articles, interviews--it's a really fabulous book. Congrats Melisser! I wish I could be at the PDX signing!

I'm going to make two recipes tonight that I didn't test, the broccoli miso soup and the simple white biscuits. I am sick and both recipes look easy.
Forgot to mention: 2 Bean Potato Hash. SOOOOO GOOD.
