Everything hurts. All the time. I think I did something wrong. Even after I took a couple of days off.

Walking lunges, some squats, kickboxing class, and a light jog. I'm usually a 48-hour soreness person, but those walking lunges kick my asparagus every time.
Yay for soreness!

I was so sore yesterday that I had to take the day off. Every forking thing hurt. Holy moly. Pain relievers didn't touch a thing.

I'm not sore yet, but I'm anticipating the soreness will set in shortly. Probably mostly in my quads.

Yeah, I'm going back for another kickbox mix class today. And walking lunges. STUPID. <-- call me this in two days when I'm miserable again. And I'm doing Piloxing tomorrow... if I can walk.

The glute soreness is setting in. I'm going shopping soon, then doing another workout; my legs will be screaming tomorrow.

So sore today. I tend to think I'm fit because I run a lot, but I got a stomach flu and couldn't run for a few days so I did an hour of power yoga when I started feeling better to keep active, and man, two days later all these muscles I didn't know I had are hurting :(

Interval kickboxing yesterday, Xtend barre method today (special NYD 75 min class!), and Piloxing.
Yes, my legs do hurt. Yes, my arms are sore. The 48 hour rule is kicking into effect sooner than normal. Can't wait for walking lunges tomorrow!
fuuuuuuuuck. But, I'm sick and I love it.

Abs, biceps, upper back and chest all yelling at me.

I just did every single weight machine at the gym, for the first time in over a year. I'm going to be completely incapacitated tomorrow! but I'm going to try not to complain.

I got knocked over by a drunk guy on NYE, got rear-ended the next night and lifted hard yesterday. I'm going to treat my electric blanket like a giant heating pad because that is what I need. Oof.

I think the word you are searching for is idiot, rather than badass.

Normally, I'd have you beat there. I'm always going balls-out, even if I'm a little sick, or still sore from the last workout. But yeah, if someone plowed into me, I'd probably take a few days off.

Abs, biceps, upper back and chest all yelling at me. But don't you kinda love those? You know you did work! I've been doing walking lunges more, but I've been foam rolling afterward, so my soreness has been minimal to non-existent. I need to mix it up more, I guess. I miss soreness.

Yeah, so I wound up taking the day off because my arm hurts way too much, along with the rest of my body.

Honestly, I do kinda love those, but I've read a million times that how sore you are the next day is not an accurate indicator of how good the workout was. So, I'm really trying to not think that way anymore, but yeah, when I'm really sore I usually feel like I did some serious work.

This morning I worked out for the first time since two semesters ago*. I'm looking forward to the good soreness tomorrow.
Well I bike and walk everywhere to get around when it's not cold and snowing out so that doesn't sound TOO horrible.
