Yo, they've got a coupon deal on their site right now, $30 credit for $15. I haven't gone yet, but I might tomorrow after the Iron Lung / Vaccine show at Blackwater.

Do they deliver at all? If so: GAME CHANGER. I won't have to brave the damp and chill to get my fill.

They seem to have at least 2 vegan pies at the ready for slice sales. I had the New Maps Out of Hell. Sweet jams.

i had the salad and slice combo that's $6. i chose the only vegan slice that was available at the moment. not sure of the name but it had basil cashew sauce base, onions, mushrooms, and soy curls. the crust was a little...old? tasting, but not bad. the toppings more than make up for it. kinda like Mississippi Pizza, their crust isn't great but the pesto they use is yum. i chose the Caligula salad, which is a Caesar salad. no toppings except croutons. it was delicious! i wish they had cocktails and beers on tap, but i like the place otherwise.

We bought the coupon. I am so excited to eat this when I return to town. Any recommendations about the different pies/slices?

I went this weekend and had the word salad (delicious) and pepperoni pizza. I have to say, the best part about the pizza was the thin, delectably crispy crust. I can't wait to go back and order off the menu. Most pies are veganizable.

karla, that's not old, that's thin and crispy!
my friend and I custom ordered a no conditions pie yesterday. the 12'' inch gave us each 2 medium sized slices, with 2 leftover. it was really good - whole wheat crust, pesto cashew sauce and a layer of daiya (that wasn't super melty for once), but it took at least 30 minutes for it to come to our table, my friend even checked on it once. It wasn't crowded, either.

Not Sizzle, but Rocco's Pizza (across from Powells, downtown) has had a 'vegan pizza' sign in their window for at least a couple of years. Has anyone ever had a vegan pizza there, and if so, how was it?

I've always felt guilty about not going in, when they've gone to the effort of a nice sign. But that certainly doesn't sound worth it.

Yeah, I prefer the breadsticks and sauce at Rocco's. The slice toppings are insane, but not in a way that makes me want to eat it.

Sizzle Pie has a non-vegan pizza which uses New Deal Vodka as a cream sauce base, very sad it's not vegan because I'm friends with the owners of New Deal Distillery... they are pretty thrilled to have a pizza themed after them.
