I have a can of bean sprouts and I'm not sure what to do with them!

I've seen the canned ones but not tasted them. I agree with fried rice or pad Thai! Summer rolls are another possibility.

Make the udon noodles with beansprouts, seitan & peanut sauce from VWAV. It's yummy!

I've never seen them in a can. But I agree with pad thai, I always dump an entire bag of bean sprouts into mine.

Another agreeing here, on the pad thai and the canned sprouts! The canned ones seem like they'd be weird, not as crunchy? Besides pad thai and stir-fries I like to throw them into wraps for their cool crunch, but if there's no crunch, there's no point...

I ended up putting them in a coconut milk based curry with a lot of other veggies and served with basmati rice. It was OK!
