Last night, I went to Crossfit and had a good workout. This morning, I did a quick kettlebell workout and plan to go to Crossfit again tonight.

I'm gonna go nuts at the gym tonight. I can just feel it. That is if I can manage my discomfort of crowds with all the New Years' gym folks all up in my business. Maybe their resolutions have already waned. *crosses fingers*

I just peed a little! I'm sure you burned a couple calories clicking on this thread!

Finally back in the gym today! The new years crowd has finally died down thank goodness. I did 40 minutes on the eliptical today. Thanks madonna for helping me get through it!

Wow, your new years crowd must be the laziest new years crowd ever :) When I belonged to a traditional gym, it usually took until about March for the new years crowd to die down.

I went to Club Strength today, and it was awesome! The instructor kept pushing us because he said we were going to probably sit home tomorrow and eat Cheetos. He also said unless there are 10+inches of snow that he expects to see us at the gym. I heart him a little.

Doing a step class tonight. I've been sitting on my asparagus all day so it'll be hard to muster up the strength.

Did yoga last night and yoga this morning. Realized I haven't been dedicating enough time to stretching because I am tight.

Today is olympic lifts at the gym. I also plan to do yoga or something later tonight.

Oh fun!

Saturday - 5km warmup run, stair sprints for 20 minutes, 20 mins stretching
Sunday - 7km hill run, 30 mins boxing
Monday - 5km run, 10km bike, 5km cross trainer, 30 minute strength circuit
Tuesday - 9km sand run
wednesday - rest
Thursday - 2 hours thai boxing (skipping, pad drills, shadow boxing, grappling work)
Friday - 5km run, 30 mins thai boxing bag work, 20mins strength circuit

Tomorrow me and my boyfriend will be running and then probably hit a few pad rounds and then maybe a good hard sparring session, Sunday have a big walk through Patuna Chasm planned with friends and family, definitely taking a camera!

todaqy was a lame day. i got about 3 hours of sleep last night, and that kinda made me want to nap after work instead of work out. i rode 4.5 miles round trip to and from work, and i walk/jogged the steps in my building for 20 minutes. plus my job is a standing job, and i stood in the kitchen for a 6 hour shift.

today was a lazy day. :(

i ran 4 miles today: the first two miles at 7.0, and then i bumped it up to 7.5-7.7 for 1.6 miles, and the last 0.4 at 7.0. It was exhausting and awesome!

Ok today's report -

I did a 63 lb snatch. I then did a 78 lb clean/jerk. I failed an 83 lb clean/jerk 3 times. I got the clean but couldn't get the jerk. My shoulder had been acting funny lately so I purely blame it :)

Today I did the Jillian Michaels Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD and tomorrow it will either be the Bikini Ready Fast DVD or the JM No More Trouble Zones one. If I type it, it'll have to come true!
