I actually finished tweaking this recipe last year, the new cooking directions are well worth the repost. I got the idea last month to cook the powder with the pasta, instead of stirring it in at the end. I spent some time tweaking the water amount & cook time and came up with an easier and creamier version. In fact, this is the creamiest Mac & Cheeze I've made. It isn't gritty at all and even reheats well. And, of coarse, I've always loved the flavor.

Looks awesome. I do not have a grinder, but I can access one.

Question: can I grind a bunch of cashews and then store them? Will they keep? I am guessing they will.

I grind it up and keep it in the pantry.

This looks great! I saw the recipe at work and bought lemon pepper on my way home to make it this weekend.
