I made your vanilla cupcakes and they seem to be way too moist...any idea what I'm doing wrong? They got even more moist and sticky the next day.
Insane to thank you for the cupcake and cookie cookbooks. They are invaluable to me. My daughter has food allergies andcshe can now enjoy baking and the finished product!

Where do you live? That sounds kinda creepy! Different altitudes, flours etc can affect the texture of your baked goods!
