This is a great book. The baked BBQ tofu is amazing, and the falafel is to die for. I ate that falafel almost everyday for lunch.

And the mango BBQ beans and the tamarind sweet potato tempeh. So many yummy things.

I can't wait to get it.

I can't wait for the book to be released!

All of the salad dressings I tested were amazing! Not exactly the most low-fat, but easy to whip up and great on more than just plain salad!

I'm telling myself that I got chubby so that I would have an excuse to buy this straight away. I guess I just got started too early.
