I took the last two days off from exercise, back to the gym tonight for some cardio and weight training.

Friday I did Crossfit which was killer, bunch of pullups, wallballs (squatting to throw a med ball up against a wall) and kettlebell swings. It left me fairly sore yesterday so I did Yoga yesterday and we spent the rest of the day visiting the inlaws. Today I'm still sore but I'm going to do 'something' - most likely Yoga and other things.

i love this thread!
after a serious hiatus, I joined the gym. Ironically, I've been there once, did 20 min of cardio before my daughter decided she was over the kids zone. The day after I 'ran' (I don't use the arm bars) on my eliptical for 35 minutes and did squats and some stretching.
today, i did fifty minutes and when I was sitting outside eating my lunch, all I could think about was getting back on that thing and running til I fell like I was gonna fall off. I love the way cardio makes me feel!

I've not been very good at sticking to my workout plans, instead of going to the gym tonight I did the Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones DVD. I'll be sore tomorrow.

I changed up my route and ran 3 miles at a 9:45 pace without any walk breaks.

I did cardio at the gym for an hour, followed by a bit of strength training. I also did a 15 minute workout from Women's Health when I got home.

I went to the gym yesterday. Today I plan to go to the gym even though I absolutely do not want to go. Sometimes the things that you don't want to do are the things you need to do the most. I really have no excuse except a minor fear of temps dropping and the ice that melted today during the day re-freezing.

I'm going to a meeting in a few minutes, then hitting the gym. I cannot inspire myself to go lately, I usually love my work outs.

Today's workout was good. We did back squats, I got up to 133 lbs. Then we did deadlift, snatches and overhead squats. After the back squats, it was difficult to do the snatches and overhead squats, I did 53 lbs for those.
Tomorrow I plan to workout at home.

I did 30 min of Nike Training Club tonight. Fork me, it is crazy tough - and that was the beginning setting! If anyone is looking for a portable workout you can do in a hotel room, it's free on iPhone. Every time, by the end, my muscles are just jello.

I'm easing back into running after an injury. This morning I did intervals on the treadmill - 1.25 miles running, .25 walking, .25 running, .25 walking, .50 running. It feels really great to be back on the treadmill!

Today I did a 40ish minute brisk walk with my dog, and 30 minutes of yoga to the Yoga Shatki dvd.

i felt like a total slacker today when i opted to change it up, skip the run, and do a The Firm, Cardio Sculpt video. suddenly my glutes are telling me i did not slack. at. all.

Body Pump! It was a new release. Shoulders and Abs were MUCH easier than the last release.

75 min elliptical and Strike and Sculpt group exercise class (interval training- kickboxing, weights, squats, lunges, blah) So dumb to do cardio beforehand. Dying.

so I dusted off my old DDR pad yesterday and did 30-minute sessions on workout mode twice so far. I love it! I worked up a pretty good sweat playing and it told me I burned 300 calories, although I've read that their calculator is kinda misleading. but I'm not too worried about it, it felt like decent cardio to me.
