I've had a free three day pass to the fancy gym (I usually go to the council gym) in town this week, I'm thinking of actually joining.
I managed to do 35 min's on the Elliptical today, that's the longest I've ever managed - that shiitake's hard! I did some weights & cycling too, it was fun!

This is the first time I'm going to the gym this week. Elliptical, bike with weights, and treadmill, if one of the non-crappy ones is open. I usually do just over an hour, altogether.

I ran 3.6 miles at a pace of just under 10 minutes. It's not a lot but it's my longest run ever!

Yesterday an hour of cardio and an hour of a group weight training class. Today an hour of kickboxing and 20 mins of walking beforehand.

I did 16k outside in all the snow we've been having lately. beautiful day but hard slogging through some snowy areas that people haven't shoveled properly yet. came home and had some hashbrowns and noochy tofu.

50 min's of cardio & weights, it was fun! I ended up joining the fancy gym, I can't wait for it to get warmer so I'll be inclined to use the pool.

35 minutes of yoga this morning, 15 20 minutes of yoga tonight and meditation (mind work outs count right???)!

Went with a friend to Golds today, instead of my usual Y. The locker rooms were nicer and there was a little bit more equipment, but the hardcore vibe of the place isn't really my bag. My squat is up to 120 and feeling fine! Still finding the press and pull-ups a challenge.

Spin class! My gym got new spin bikes (and membership fee increase reflects it!) and they're really nice. I'm inclined to spin more now- they show RPM, watts, kcals, resistance, and distance. If you wear your HRM, it will also show your BPM!
I hadn't taken a spin class since Thanksgiving, though- it was tough. It was based on RPM intervals- interesting!

Training last night was intense, so glad I've been back at 6 days a week cause I would've crumpled if not...
10 mins skipping 20 burpees 40 spiderman pressups 50 squats
5 x 4 min pad rounds (annihilated me!) 5 x 4 min alternating press up and chin up rounds
warmdown and a good stretch!
Weights class and cardio today!

40 minutes of cardio at the gym, plus some strength training. It was packed so I didn't get to do as much as I wanted.

I ran 2.25 miles on the treadmill. I wanted to go longer but it was about 85 degrees inside the gym.

I went for my first run in over a month after being obscenely sick for three weeks. I feel amazing! It was pretty gentle and easy and precisely what my body needed. God I feel good!

Ending up doing 50 minutes of cardio followed by Body Trim. That class was a lot harder than I remember it being!

Yesterday was nuts. Way too much, sort of unintentionally. Anyway, today was just Strike & Sculpt interval training. We did a lot of sprints, burpees, kickbox mix stuff... I'm so sore from yesterday's lifting class.

Decided to finish up my cardio workout with level 1 of Yoga Meltdown. I feel great!
