I ran 3 miles on the treadmill today, 2.5 all at once, then another half mile after a little break for walking. This is my most since I got hurt in October! Feeling good.

Uh....I walked from my internship to my therapists office and back again! Hehe.

I was excited that yesterday I ran 4 miles with out stopping! Slowly but still I was stoked!!!! I notice it's such a mental thing, other days I tire out faster and walk a lot.

Bike to and from work.

Football training for an hour. Lots of continuous running with a ball and then a game.

The gym is closed today because of the storm, trying to decide what I will do at home.

I got through the spin class! The music was horribly cheesy (Abba, Madonna, Britney!) but it was fun & I'll definitely be going back next week.

Horribly cheesy is my favorite workout music! I tried to listen to my workout mix in the car the other day and realized it is completely unacceptable for casual listening, but somehow it really works to hear Katy Perry and "Eye of the Tiger" on the treadmill.

I usually throw a couple of horribly cheesy songs into my workout mix (Eye Of The Tiger's a favourite here too... and some of the songs from Glee!) to go with the superfast punk but I was amazed at the level of cheese in the class, it was awesome though especially because the instructor was singing along!

I'm going to do some yoga before bed, this storm is making me want to curl up in a blanket and not work out.

I ran two and a half miles after work.

Last night I felt more like drinking wine than going to the gym, so I did a bunch of arm exercises with 5 lb hand weights while I watched TV. I'm sore today! So I guess it counts as a workout!

I did this on Wednesday when I was snowed in and holy crepe it killed my hamstrings. The burpees and mountain climbers part was so killer, I could only finish 4 circuits.

It's definitely tough, so is No More Trouble Zones, which I struggled through yesterday.

An hour of kickboxing. It was hard enough to get out of bed today, so I'm pleased with that.

45 Minutes of Yoga. Such a nice way to start the day. Maybe more yoga later if I have some downtime.

I had a great workout today! We've been stuck in the house since tuesday because of the ice, so it was so nice to get back to life. I did 15 minutes of bike, 20 minutes of eliptical, and then 10 minutes on the treadmill (burned 400 calories), then some stretching and planks.

I did a streetdance workshop on Thursday night. It was possibly the most ridiculous thing I've put my name to on paper. It was mega fun though. I need to start running. No motivation. Not even the threat of not fitting into the wedding dress at the moment. So totally... meh.
