I have this book!!! I just love it!!! *jumps up and down excitedly*
This book is so beautiful - full colour, loads of photos. The recipes are quite simple and don't call for anything exotic or hard-to-find (like young Thai coconuts). I particularly like that the recipes are heavy on the vegetables, something that I find lacking in a lot of raw books. It seems funny to say that, eh?
A few of the recipes: Holiday Season Carrot Soup, Raw Root Vegetable Salad (a Swedish coleslaw, basically), Tagliatinni with Pesto, Banana Curry, Asian Cashew Curry, Fruit Porridge, Papaya Carpaccio, Pear Cashew Cream, Raspberry Pie with Chocolate Sauce, etc.
You don't need a dehydrator. Everything is quite easy to make. The author lives in Sweden and is a cousin of American raw foodist Jinjee Talifero.

I've never seen that book before. After reading the comment from vgnwitch I am putting this book on my wishlist.

vgnwitch just sold me on this book and it gets bonus points for being dehydrator free and having lots of photos. Definitely putting it on my wishlist.
Off to look at amazon's look inside feature, to see what I can try out while waiting for the book to arrive.

I have this book too. I went through it and wrote down over 30 recipes I want to try! I really have to get busy. I'll post back with results!
