Oh, love that recipe! Those balls are one of my favourite quick sweet treats to make. And I like to convince myself that they're semi-healthy because they have oatmeal. Yours look yummy! I never have such pretty big coconut flakes.

These look lovely! Am I correct in assuming Swedich is supposed to say "Swedish" or is the word "Swedish" in another language or something...? And if so, are these like a veganized version of something traditional? I've just sorta-started-seeing a young man from Sweden, and in my silly giddy moments I've been looking up veganized versions of Swedish foods...
