What's your favorite smoothie and/or juice recipe?
The past few days I've been making carrot, apple, mango and ginger juice. The zing I get from the ginger is oh so good.

My favorite smoothie right now is kale, banana, mango, pineapple, and ginger. I love ginger in smoothies!

I like a really simple soaked almonds, kale, and banana smoothie as my go-to breakfast. Maybe with a bit of spirulina added in. For a decadent smoothie, I like soaked almonds, vanilla essence, banana, raw cacao powder, dates or agave, and possibly some chia seeds. Apple, carrot, celery, ginger, and sometimes lemon is my favourite juice. I also like watermelon, apple, and mint. Orange, beetroot, carrot, and ginger is good too.

Ooh.. your decadent smoothie sounds really good! I need to get over my aversion to celery and start adding it to juices.

My favorite is pretty simple: frozen berries (whatever I have on hand), frozen peaches or mango, banana, orange juice.

This is timely. I just made a simple smoothie of persimmons and a dash of soy milk. Total yum, but that's not why I'm writing. I let the smoothie sit out a bit before I had a chance to drink it and it's now persimmon pudding! It is so thick and luscious that my spoon can stand right up in it! How did this happen? Magic?

Smoothies: 1.Lettuce, banana, apple. Simplicity is the best! 2.Banana, raspberry, raw cacao powder, maple syrup or/and soy yoghurt (apricot, natural, whatever kind, could be coconut yoghurt too).

These: -Commercial-Mid-Size-White-lg.jpg) are what they use all over Turkey, both for citrus and pomegranates. It takes two medium pomegranates and about 30 seconds to get a tall glass of fresh juice. Sweet deal.
