I'm wanting to incorporate more raw foods into my diet, but there are only so many smoothies and salads I can eat (or at least, only so many variations on those things I can come up with on my own before I start to go insane). Since my husband isn't so much into the raw foods, I'm considering a sort of 'raw until dinner' type thing.
If you had to choose one raw recipe book - especially one that has lots of options for breakfasts, lunches and snacks - what would it be? Also preferably recipes that don't take a ton of time (I have a 7-month-old who demands almost constant attention). I have a food processor and a mediocre blender, but no dehydrator.
Thanks!

I really like Ani Phyo's Raw Food Kitchen. I found it very userfriendly and you could do fine without a dehydrator (which I don't have)
