Right now Congress has 1 agenda item: take away your access to reproductive health care.

The U.S. House of Representatives has just voted to bar Planned Parenthood health centers from all federal funding for birth control, cancer screenings, HIV testing, and other lifesaving care. It is the most dangerous legislative assault in our history, and it cannot go unanswered.

I was there, but only stayed until a little after 3. I was cold and hungry and when the country music started, I decided it was the universe's way of telling me I could go home.

Woman's health, this is very different than men need to stay healthy and disease free. A balanced diet is important for maintaining a healthy body. Remember, "out = garbage bin." Eating junk food, fatty foods and foods that leads to emotional exhaustion, fatigue, depression, bad skin just a few. Simple changes must be made to avoid too much red meat, foods high in fat and high calorie foods rather than replace the high-fiber diet low in fat, mixed with regular consumption of fruits and vegetables. The fiber is a good digestion, although fruits and vegetables helps to keep the vitamins and minerals to level up.
