wth--Work forked up and scheduled me while i have to be in class today, but then a few days ago when i was going to ask them to change it, I forked up and read the schedule wrong and was an hour late--so I lost my nerve and I'm skipping class to work. Ugh.
hy--Tots for breakfast. Tots for goddamn breakfast.
hy--The weather is lovely today.

HY: Skipping all three classes today because of the terrible weather.
WTH: Still having to go in to work tonight in this terrible weather. Hopefully there are no problems with the bus route.
HY: Cool Mint Oreos

What the hell - there are going to be over 30 guitars and amps to break out today and the guy opening doesn't work fast enough to get half done (the opener is supposed to do everything that comes out on box days).

What the hell - my internet is messed up and I can't watch hulu or read the news. Luckily, the PPK works.

Hell yes - I am buying my new guitar today.

hy - work was simple, fast, and profitable today, so i have the entire rest of my day to do laundry, clean the kitchen, relax, and do yoga.

wth - i have this giant zit between my eyes that will not go away. i'm almost 30. when are my skin problems going to end?

hy - boyfriend and i made dinner together last night and there are lots of yummy leftovers. (greek stuffing from 500 vegan recipes! so good!)

hy - The new boots I ordered are waiting for me at home.
wth - I put on some awesome-smelling new body oil this morning and apparently I am allergic because it turned my arms, chest, and neck LOBSTER RED and burned for about an hour after I scrubbed it off. I've never been allergic to anything, so serious wth on that one.

WTH: Decided to go for a walk during my lunch break and enjoy some sorbet from the restaurant across the street. I get there and see that their case is empty and when I asked what happened, they said their power went out yesterday and had to throw it all out. Bummer. Okay no biggie, I'll just walk 5 blocks to Vons to get some Purely Decadent or Soy Delicious. I get there and THEY HAVE NOTHING! Now I have ice cream blue balls :(

hy: abbie and danny get here tomorrow!
wth: need to get motivated and clean
wth: really need to get reimbursed from work, i think i spent $400 for work related stuff in october

HY: I bought tater tots and cookies....so bad, yet soooo good.
WTH: My body is been in constant pain for 3 days...my back hurts unbearabley & I don't know what to do about it...no insurance for chiropractor. I feel like I'm falling apart. No matter how I sit, I want to cry from pain.

hy- got an email asking for help with an event and the response confirming -looks like I'll be helping with stage set up which is what I was hoping for

wth- did not think and sent the facebook event invite to all of my fb friends, including my brother who has an real knack and taste for making my life hell and who may in fact show up. And the event page shows that this will repeat weekly. And it's something he may actually like. And it's very close to where I live, not three hours away where I like my brother. And I have been churning over in my mind since the ways (from the possible and ridiculously unlikely) that he could now re-infiltrate my life and turn my future into a total nightmare. And now I've started thinking about that again...

hy-it's still my weekend

HY: I had homemade lentil soup for dinner and then I had cookies. And I have more cookie dough in the fridge.

WTH: Transfer applications are due soon and I'm procrastinating on them even though I really want to get out of here.

WTH: the woman who usually teaches the yoga class that I sometimes go to never showed up, but. . .

HY: a guy in the class ended up teaching it, and it ended up being perfect for my mood/energy level

another HY: had amazing Indian food for dinner, but. . .

WTH: it gave me serious gas. . . while doing yoga

hy: I only had to clean one cat cage today!
wth: the line at Chipotle

hy - finished the illustration job I've been doing a few days early.
wth - was forced to finish it because I accidentally saved over the file with intact layers and couldn't make anymore changes anyway.

HY I worked out today and didn't die.

WTH My car insurance raising my rates because I moved to a different (but nearby) zip code.

we had a similar yoga experiance tonight! but mine went more like this:

hy: had an awesome raw kale salad for dinner.
wth: it gave me serious gas...while doing yoga.
wth: our regular yoga instructor didn't teach the class.
wth: some other woman who is in class who just got her certification did, and it was really halting and not at all what i needed tonight. in fact, i left with my back aching. worst yoga class to date.

Don't hold your breath... I'm 40 and I still break out regularly. Sorry. Zits and wrinkles are a major wth!

hy: free lunch today, and it was a burrito as big as my head so it'll be my free lunch tomorrow too.

WTH--Either I'm getting older or middle school hallways are getting louder
HY-Finished Season 5 of Friday Night Lights on Netflix

Hell Yeah!-- Using this idea with my 7th graders (modified language, of course).

WTH: my kid is still awake at 10:30 p.m. Hey dude, in case no one told you, bed time is 7:30!

HY: farmer's market tomorrow!

Don't clean! All we need is wine and kitties, and we can bring the wine.

hy: Plane leaves in 12 hours!
hy: Have many free drink tickets.
hy: Danny is about to be 30! I am excited to be with an older, wiser, more rugged DBear.
wth: Not yet packed. Kitties nails need trimming. Too sleepy.

Seriously words to live by.

hy: my birthday is tomorrow!
wth: my best friend just deleted me from facebook

wth: I woke up totally achy and throat-hurty and runny nosey.
hy: I'm cuddling up on the couch all day with tea and a Harry Potter movie marathon.

hy: crumpets for breakfast

wth: i am soooo angry with all the people i am supposed to care about at the moment. tom and i went to bed on an argument last night. argh!

you are the best! i cannot wait to see you guys tonight!!! and danny and i can talk about being old and wise. i am nearly 31 afterall.

HY: After 4 years of breakfast meetings with me politely declining all breakfast food and being offered a bowl of fruit cocktail, I finally received a big, beautiful fruit platter from the chef!

WTH: My boss asked again why I only eat fruit for breakfast.
