I am putting together a vegan crock pot cook-zine! If you have recipes that you want to share email me or PM me, you get a copy once finished. I want to finish this by the end of the month! :)

I should maybe try and write up a recipe for some of my crockpot creations.
Be sure to put in the jackfruit carnitas though! Best crockpot use ever!
And mulled wine.

And mulled wine. Yes, please send me your recipes. I have like two more weeks of editing. Where is the carnitas recipe at? I have seen a few but I don't recall where. I do have a mulled wine recipe complete with a guide to vegan red wines!

I figured it was Melisser's after racking my brain!
I do have a cholent recipe - but if it is different from the one I have - I will include it! The more types the merrier! )

trying to format it, argghhh, my boyfriend is going to help me this coming week, scan and format stuff.
So far I have a lot of veganized recipes from the web & cook books I own. A lot of comfort food like chili, minestrone, lentils, bananas foster....
