Post subject: looking for a GF banana bread recipe!

hey guys! two of my awesome coworkers just found out that one of them is wheat-insensitive and the other is celiac. we work at a very nonGF coffeeshop, and they are missing out on pastry deliciousness! i want to make them some banana bread... any good recipes?
(i have garfava flour, mochiko, xanthan gum... i think that's it so far, so bonus points if you know recipes using these, but i am willing to buy other specialty flours too!)

I like the PPK recipe! I've made it with all brown rice flour and it was good but now I'd probably use 1/4C tapioca and the rest brown rice. Or buy a brand of gluten free flour mix and just use 2 cups of that, if that'll be easier for you!

Great! I actually have tapioca flour already, so i might just buy some rice flour for now! I am so excited to try it! I won't be seeing them again for a few days, but once I do make this, I'll definitely post in food porn. Thanks for the recommendation!
