Caribbean Vegan is excellent; Taymer is very, very talented. Please make the doubles with bara, two chutneys, and maybe sauce chien. Also make the vegan ham--the flavor profile is spot on. You can make ham cutters (sandwiches) and/or use the ham in her split pea soup (also delicious) and other recipes, ie I have added shaved vegan ham to scalloped potatoes. I also really like the hearts of palm scramble and the tofish. I think every vegan who likes food should have this book! Mo recently reviewed the book
