Broccoli, pasta, baked potatos, baked tofu, cauliflower...oooh & I sometimes mix it with a bit of extra mustard & Worcestershire sauce, pop it on toast & put it under the grill.

Last night I did refried beans, quinoa & veggies and made the cheezy sauce into queso with chili powder and cumin and a little salsa.

hmm nice! i have leftovers. i want to eat it plain, but that won't do. i was going to make veggies and tofu tonight - i'll just smother them :D

Brown rice spirals + green vegetable + any kind of protein. Also, whole wheat couscous and veg and protein.
It's a great cheezy sauce, and the only one I make for anything other than nachos these days.
