Hi, I remember about a year ago being completely obsessed with a cake recipe - the only thing is...I can't remember much about it or what book it was in :-|
There were a lot of posts about it on here, all kinds of different variations...different flavour jams, choc chips, nuts etc. The topping was a bit 'sandy' and I think it had jam in the middle. There might have been a pistachio/rose water option??
Any ideas??!! This is all I can remember other than it being completely gorgeous, lol.
