I thought it was time to give this company their own thread, since it recently came out that a lot of their stuff is vegan.
So what have you tried?
I tried the ultimate match foundation because my Urban Decay bottle is almost gone. And...it totally sucks! I put it on with a brush and all it does is fill up my (kind of big) pores, so it looks like I have dots of makeup all over my face if you look close enough. It doesn't blend very well or cover much. It also leaves my brush super dirty looking after only one use. I made it a point to try it this morning with a freshly cleaned and dried brush, cleaned and moisturized skin, to make sure it wasn't operator error, and I still had the same problems. F!

Oh that sucks, it was on my list to try. They have another foundation (liquid) that is vegan I was going to try. Their mega length mascara is good for more natural looking lashes.

I have used a few of their mascaras and the high shine tube lip gloss. Everything was decent and for the price the lip gloss is good. It is not goopy or nasty tasting.

I used to use thier eye pencils in high school. very cheap. used to have to use a lighter to heat it up to work. haha anybody else use to have to do that?
I heard that thier quality got a little better, but i remember it being pretty bad.

I heard that thier quality got a little better, but i remember it being pretty bad. yes!!! I just had to soften them with my finger. There was a nude lip pencil that I liked that supposedly rivaled m.a.c. I also used to love their nail polishes, but I don't know if they're vegan.

Thanks for posting that, Kitteh! I recently bought four mega last lip colors thinking the whole line was vegan but then Googled it and couldn't find any current info. Now I know that I did ok, and the lipstick really does last.

I got some mega last lip color. It looks really good but I had an allergic reaction to it...but I don't think it was really the lipstick's fault since I've had the exact same reaction to two other lip things (different brands) recently. And a reaction to concealer I've been using for a while (also not wet'n'wild) My face looks horrible right now.
I have the megaplump mascara and I love it. It's not crazy or dramatic, but it looks good, doesn't clump or flake and costs like $4.

My first post on the PPK was actually about this, in the mascara thread. Here's what Wet N Wild sent me: "Hi Jessica, Thanks so much for your support of wet n wild! We are happy to say that our MegaLength Mascara (as well as all our other mascaras) are vegan! Also, if it would help, below is a list of all our vegan and non-vegan options to make your choices easier! 110, 112-115, 120, 121, 123: Perfect Pair Eye Wand; (111 is not vegan) 130-132, 134, 135: Idol Eyes Cream Shadow; (133 is not vegan) 154-157: Color Icon Shimmer Eye Pencil 175-178: Intuitive Blend Shade Adjusting Foundation 181A-184A: Ultimate Sheer Tinted Moisturizer 221C-238C: Fast Dry Nail Polish 309A-314A: Glassy Gloss Lip Gel 331: Color Icon Eyeshadow; (332-336 are not vegan) 346, 348: MegaGlo Illuminating Powder; (345 & 347 are not vegan) 401A – 454D: Wild Shine Nail Colors 505A-553B: Silk Finish Lipstick; (502A, 526B, 530C, 534A are not vegan) 560A-563B, 565C-578: MegaSlick Lip Gloss; (564A not vegan) 650D-663C: Brow & Eye Liner Pencil 664C-666: Lipliner Pencil 690A-695A: MegaLast Retractable Eyeliner 745-749: Natural Blend Mineral Foundation and Mineral Veil 801-804: Coverstick consealer stick 821A, 823A-827A: Natural Blend Pressed Powder; (822A not vegan) 861-863, 865-868: Mega Liner Liquid Eyeliner; (864 not vegan) 920-922, 925-928: Wild Shine Lip Lacquer; (923 & 924 not vegan) 942-943, 945, 948-949: Speed Gloss Energizing Lip Shine; (941, 944, & 946 not vegan) 201B-218: MegaLast Nail Color 250A, 252B, 254B, 256B, 380B, 385B: Color Icon Eyeshadow; (246-249, 251A, 255B, 257A, 381B-384B not vegan) 402-469: Wild Shine Nail Color 832E-833E: Color Icon Blusher; (831E, 834E not vegan) 852A-857A: Ultimate Match SPF 15 Foundation 900B-919B: MegaLast Lip Color All Mascaras" BUUUUUT a caveat here, this list was sent to me on Feb 22 of this year. By Feb 22nd Wet N Wild had already released some new products, including a water proof version of my favorite mascara (the megalength.) Someone from the mascara thread bought the waterproof megalength, only to discover beeswax, which means not all their mascaras are vegan, despite what this letter says. So you know, basic guideline list provided, but still, homework. All the polishes currently out look OK per this list, because it has the Megalast and the Wild Shine lines, which are all they're carrying now. I checked my bottles from the discontinued Crave line that is still available in some stores, and it looked vegan (no carmine, guanine, gelatin, silk, or pearl.) I'd suggest double checking ingredient lists for the limited edition collections, like the Bloom spring collection http://nouveaucheap.blogspot.com/2011/0 ... ition.htmland the limited edition Wild Shine display http://nouveaucheap.blogspot.com/2011/0 ... -wild.htmlKitteh, facebook message me if there are any Wet N Wilds you really want, if I can find them I'll mail them to you.

i've been buying wet 'n wild makeup lately like some kind of obsessive hoarder. i love their megalast lippies, and the nail polish is pretty good, too. walgreens has a sale on a lot of the 99¢ products-- i think they're 69¢ until may. i picked up a couple of the wild shine polishes. i also love the glassy gloss lip gloss-- it looks like they're all vegan and the color is quite good. plus, they smell like pineapple, which is pretty awesome.

Bump.
Over the weekend I bought a few of the color icon shadows and a color icon trio and I am really impressed with the quality. I almost like these shadows as much as my UD ones. They go on pretty buttery and have a nice shimmer to them. I bought Nutty, Envy and the trio Walking on Eggshells.

I have used the MegaLiner liquid eyeliner in black for years and years and years. It's one of the cheapest liquid liners out there, and even having tried other more expensive ones I still like it best because it is very thick and black. It also doesn't really smudge/flake unless you rub your eyes (and I think any non-waterproof liner would in that instance). I don't think they sell it in the UK because when I lived over there I couldn't find it anywhere, so when i went to the US to visit I seriously brought back 10 tubes of the stuff. The applicator it comes with is pretty awkward, but I'm so used to it by now that I'm able to use it without painting giant black lines across my face.

I love the WnW liquid liner, but not the waterproof, the regular. I actually like the skinny brush with the regular one, it works better for me than any other type of liner. I tried the $1 Elf liquid liner and didn't like it very much. I prefer the WnW to liners I have from Urban Decay and Zuzu Luxe too. WnW is the best.
I would buy it in bulk too if I didn't have regular access to it. I completely understand.

Fantasy Maker kits spotted at Winners , 10$ get you a jumbo pencil , eye shadow compact with either 8 or 10 shades (I forget) , lipstick , gloss and nail polish. Not sure why I didn't grip one cause the eye shadows are glittery awesome.
