Yeah. Some of the comments are confusing, too. And it's also clear many of them are talking out of their asparagus, but hey.

And thank ya.

I'm hoping I can attend, even if I can't contribute anything, to at least buy some goodies, but I don't know how next month is for me yet.

I'd like to but I'll be moving out of my apartment. I'll keep it in mind though, maybe I won't be able to bake but still drop in.

aw, matzo balls! i'll have family in town... maybe i can trick them into going and getting vegan baked goods.

when i first moved to chicago, my family was up because they helped me move, and i asked my neighbor where a vegan should take her family to eat- a place that omnivores would enjoy. he directed us to karyn's cooked. i had no idea it was a veg establishment, and my family almost cried when they realized they were not going to have animal burgers. but they liked it. :) so, maybe trickery will work.

hey guys, anyone know how much was raised? when i went, it was packed! i only found 2 clearly labeled gluten-free options (a blessing in disguise!), but my friend gave me money to get him some stuff, so i bought all the things i wished that i could have. (boston cream cupcake? want.) anyway, my chocolate chip blondie and banana chocolate chip muffin were both wonderful. :)

I saw on the facebook page that they raised $1526. Awesome!

I ate way too many cupcakes yesterday. Everything we got was delicious, but I think my favorite was AV's rum and coke cupcake. Yums!
