Our in-house programmer quit and left us hanging--I've been trying to hold things together, but I'm primarily a web designer--not a programming guru.
We're also looking for a full-time database specialist to work in house, but that job posting hasn't gone up officially. The database job (Sql stuff, and other things I don't understand) will be a salary gig with full benefits.
