sooo hospital food. it's what you make it :) (sorry about the low pic quality) Whole Wheat Toast, with (home-brought) organic almond butter, cheerios, rasins, craisins, and granola. AND A VERMONT SOY VANILLA SOYMILK!!! which i've recently become obsessed with.  its going to be a good good day :) more about EVERYTHING ive been eating in the hospital on my blog (hey, i need SOMETHING to do in here haha) p.s. annnnnd then i had some granola/cheerios left over so i decided to mush them up with some of that almond butter and make this lovely little creation  of course this was ALL after my normal breakfast of whole wheat toast with almond butter and a banana  AND some cereal with VERMONT SOY haha. notice a trend? i eat a lot and i love vermont soy soymilk.

(can you say coconut bliss?) local apples! they'll be thrilled that you're asking for delicious things. hospital eats are gross.

Awesome! Your attitude is fantastic; keep up that creativity and joy, and you'll be out in no time. It's not every hospital that permits food beyond their set menu options, take advantage of that and get some condiments, snacks, or desserts in to perk things up!

Toast is great, you've gotten mighty creative with it! :) The cereal-on-toast sounds and looks lovely.
I like to eat hearty lentil stews on toast, also pasta sauce, beans, any kind of mushy food... mmm. TOAST.
