Indiana! there are at least two of us, yes? and one day someone will come to visit and need to ask a question about where to eat. maybe. right? anyway, come say hello.

I travel to Goshen a couple times a year to visit the in-laws. We never go out to eat because there isn't anywhere to go! I do visit the Maple City Co-op and Gardenpatch in Mishawaka.

Sometimes it's nice to go somewhere and do nothing, right? :/

i live in south bend! we have a couple health food stores and some ethnic restaurants in a sea of steakhouses, so i can give limited advice on those.

Anyone in the southern part of the state? I'm in Bloomington, which is extremely vegetarian friends and reasonably vegan friendly. Come here to eat out!

rockits used to be my jam then they decided to somehow make a pizza that had a burnt crust while simultaneously being super slimy! There should be a vegan pizza off in this city.

just saw it! btown- re'pra'zen'in. we're the bloomington of bloomington. kind of like portland, only with cheaper housing, but not really if you make less than $7 an hour--which most of us do.

best places: runcible spoon, roots, laughing planet, rachael's cafe, bloomingfoods east hot bar, and most recently the owlery.

you can get vegan eats just about anywhere--let's say you have in-laws in town and you find yourself at outback steakhouse-(true story, it's happened) the waitstaff will go out of their way to make you a custom garden salad, and not just a bowl of emo iceberg lettuce.

ha! the first time my mom came to visit me here she wanted to go to fridays.... after much hemming and hawing i have gotten her to eat at the spoon, cafe django, and siam house

oh and the east side kroger sells daiya now! of course bfoods has had it for ages, but it is nice to know that i can buy some in the middle of the night now if need be

i saw this the other day and was stoked. i saw it today when visiting my parents in a kroger in northern indy and it was 3.50
