I would say maybe Sidecar (excuse me, Vegan Whatever-They-Changed-It-To). It's kind of cramped inside though. What sort of places are you doing your other signings at?

Sidecar would be your best bet, I think. They host bake sale so a book signing should be ok. When Sarah Kramer was in town she did her signing at the Madison Co-op. The Chocolate Shoebox hosted an art showing so they have the capacity to do a signing but it's located in Greenwood.

They do sell books at Sidecar, but I'd still ask them. It would bring a lot of traffic to the store, so I could see them maybe agreeing to it.
Chaco Canyon's roomy but sort of... granola. Maybe worth checking out, though.

Doh is the owner of Sidecar and co-owner (along with the people of Pizza Pi) of Wayward Cafe which is across the street from Sidecar so like what Pinko said, I'd still ask them.

I suppose I could drag my sorry asparagus all the way to Greenwood for something like this. :P Seriously, it seems like a great place to have it, and despite living right up the street AND loving shoes AND loving chocolate, I have not been yet.

Haha, yeah! The issue is I have to be able to get there too! I will be flying in and carless. I'll email the Pigs Peace people.. it was my 1st thought.

Yay, melisser, I'm excited! If you get stuck on the getting around carless thing, I can possibly help out. :)

It is unacceptable for the Seattle thread to be relegated to the second page.
I have now rectified that.

Atkinson which sounds like dumbpants wrote: "Fortunately," says the chef, "they're not vegan, so we'll still have some sexy duck eggs and artisanal cheeses. We're just not going to be serving anything with a face." just another person or whatever hopping on the vegetarian, sustainability, green bandwagon and yet still clueless.
