I have fairly severe osteoarthritis in my hip. A work colleague has been extolling the wonders of magnetic copper bracelets for relieving the symptoms, and bought one for me last week.
Now, I am the world's biggest cynic when it comes to anything remotely "alternative medicine", but - I have been wearing this thing for a couple of days, and I think there have been improvements. I have slightly more mobility in my leg, and the pain is marginally better (I am still taking my meds). I am well aware this could be coincidence/the placebo effect/any number of other things.
Any one out there wear a copper bracelet and notice benefits? Or am I just deluding myself because I am fed up to the back teeth with my condition?

Ha! Thanks for the link - proof that I am deluding myself! Though I am secretly pleased not to have to abandon a lifetime of cynicism. I think I was probably just clutching at straws because the pain has been so bad this week. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

I am a complete cynic but there should be no hate for the placebo effect. If you are feeling better, you are better in that respect. Just don't go to an atheist convention wearing it and you're good.

I have no idea about them, but it's one of those things that there's no harm in trying and if it makes you feel better it makes you feel better so why not?
