I put this book on 'hold' at the local library and can't wait to try it out! If it's all that everyone says it is, I will be ordering my very own copy soon! That Smoky Mountain Cheeze sounds awesome.

That write up on the cheese is enough to entice me to make it this week. I could go for a grilled cheese and tofurkey deli slice sandwich!

Thanks Zhenni! That soup is also yummy subbing 1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice for the noodles, for a "Chicken" and Rice Soup.

I'm eating the Cheezy Mac right now (with the suggestion of gf pasta and added Daiya). It's so smoky and delicious! I also threw in some collards and spinach. Who's about to get the -itis?!

You guys should all make the Double Chocolate Strawberry Pie, especially since (California) strawbs are now available! It is incredible. In testing I made it without the liquer, but I made it for my bakesale with some blackberry liquer (my liquor store didn't have strawberry) and it was AMAZING. It's also super easy!

This book is on its way. Hee. I am not spending money on new cookbooks at the moment. However, my mother was dreaming of diner food, so I mentioned if she wanted to order this for me I would cook her anything she wants from it. I didn't actually expect her to, but the next say she told me it was onher way. :D Now hurry up my pretty and fly across the ocean to me!

I have this right now from the library and wanted to renew ... but <sob> someone else has a hold put on it, so it will not renew. I'm going to have a hard time getting it to release from my hand into the return bin tonight.

I'm so excited! I had a gift card and I just bought this book along with a bunch of baking supplies that I've been wanting. I think the first thing I make will be that smokey cheese! It looks so good!

My copy arrived the other day, but I've been too tired from work to go through it properly yet. I'll have a better go at it this afternoon and see what I will be making first! It's a really nice book, too.
