Yay! Thank you, thank you! I'm gluten- and soy-free these days. Getting rid of the gluten hasn't been too much of a problem, but soy has been rough.

I also have to try and stay as soy free as possible because it causes MAJOR skin issues for me. Like zit beards, blech! And also depression and fatness and an overall gross feeling.
Kitteh, I'm totally drooling all over myself reading your blog. I am going to make a goal to make something from your blog for dinner this week.

I'm going to make cupcake kitteh's lentil/mushroom marinara now, except I'm going to venture out to a market a little further than my normal one in hopes of finding a jar or can of olives that isn't $6 (for all of 12 olives...geeez) and load it with olives.
