I use them to jazz up store-bought spaghetti sauce, along with mushrooms and/or black olives.

Gorram mutterflucking lentil & potato curls are made of crack. They seem to bigger curls than the first time I bought them months ago. Still, crack-y.

This thread is my hero. When my dad will be sending me a care package, I'll notify him of these delicious sounding maple cookies. And peanut butter pretzels with salt this time (I'm still sort of traumatized when I picked up the low sodium variety--what kind of weirdo eats pretzels without coarse salt sprinkled on?). I think I'll avoid the candy cane Jo-Jos for now, though. I'd totally eat those in less than a week.
OH! And those brown rice krispy treats! Yes yes yes!

my favorite thing that past year or so has been the frozen mango chunks. they're my favorite late night snack, and you know, good for smoothies.

I just buy pretty boring stuff, where they are cheapest. Olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider and red wine vinegars, etc. Oh, but the prepackaged indian food was really nice when i was feeling too tired to cook last week, and wasabi peas are a delicious snack.

The last two times I've gone my TJ's has not had any maple leaf cookies. I was freaking out that maybe they discontinued them, but it sounds like everyone else can still get them. I'm sad that my swap partner got shafted, though.
I'm eating dark chocolate sea salt almonds as I type this. I only buy them a couple times a year because I will eat a handful every day until they're gone.
I picked up some spiced cider the last time I was there, so it's officially fall now. And I have an unopened box of Candy Cane Joe Joes in my cupboard from last year because I am a squirrel.

That spiced cider is the thing of dreams! I don't even really like cider, but it's just so good!

After the first box of maple leaf cookies 'vanished' my boyfriend had to go get another one...

I love their raw almond butter - and, of course, Candy Cane Joe-Joes.
Unfortunately (or thankfully, because I would probably gain 200 pounds on the Joe-Joes alone), the closest Trader Joe's is 3.5 hours away in Atlanta. I go to Charlotte every year for Thanksgiving with family there, so I usually end up making a Trader Joe's trip while I'm there around that time for my annual fix.

The day I discovered Trader Tots was a magical day indeed. And I cannot end this post without mentioning the amazingness that is cherry chocolate soy creamy! How did they make soy ice cream taste so good and non-beany?

I also really like the frozen pad thai with tofu. I practically lived on that stuff when I was finishing up my dissertation. Also, the TJ's brand of whole wheat pasta is one of my favorites.

What does the packaging for the apple strudel look like? I've never been able to find it, but the frozen section kind of overwhelms me.

I really love the habanero lime tortillas- they make great quesadaiyas! And the cherry chocolate chip ice cream- best texture of any vegan ice cream I've had. And the soy creamer, raw almond butter, vegetable birds' nests (so greasy, but good), fried rice, dark chocolate covered pretzels, and the thing I always stock up on when I go there- vanilla Myntz. Which I guess aren't a TJ's thing, but I can't find them anywhere else.

Why did I just read through this whole thread? Why do I live 3.5 hours from the closest Trader Joe's?
