What are your favorites?
I for one can't get Kittee's buckeye balls outta my mouth.
You may interpret this anyway you want.

my grandmother had a recipe very similar to kittee's buckeye balls that we enjoy (and now make g-f) - i need to try kittee's recipe though too. mmmmmmm!

that recipe is GF by default. i know there's some corn starch in powdered sugar, but last time i checked, that was okay--right?

I love the white cake and the strawberry cake. I make it for my niece's birthday every year. I keep meaning to buy another tub of EB to turn into dedicated niter kibbeh.

I haven't tried any kittee kakes (shame on me!) but I did make a huge Ethiopian feast for Mother's Day and everything was so dang good. Which means my mom also appreciates kittee's zine, even if she doesn't know it.

niter kebbeh and everything I can make with it! I LOVE me some papa tofu. I also frequently make the stuffed tofu pockets.

Papa Tofu, I totally appreciate you! That was the 1st cookzine I got my hands on when I went vegan & I was like, "I can do this." Bonus: intro to Ethiopian food.

all of the cakes are amazing, honestly my first intro to real vegan baking...and also the Roast Beef Po'Boys are awesome, that gravy is my favorite beef-y gravy. And I had never made grits before I got this zine, and now I love cheezy grits as a dinner side dish!
