I just started P90x, I think you can do a hell of a lot of it just with some resistance bands (3 were about 30 Aussie dollars, so maybe you can get a couple for between 10 and 15 euro). That's all I have at the moment (plus a mat and a yoga block but I haven't used them yet and I'm pretty sure you could just do yoga on your floor, maybe not optimal but better than nothing), I'm thinking about getting weights but I don't have the greatest budget either, they show you how to use the bands so it's like you're lifting a weight.

I'm sure this is nothing new to anyone but thought I would post it here just in case.

I"ve been doing bodyrock.tv They do use equipment, but there's a bunch you can modify so that you use what you have (water bottles for weights/etc).

Also, Pop! thanks for the hulu news. I didn't know they had that channel. I've been wanting to try some yoga, so I'll have to check it out.

I'm obsessed with BodyRock! It's such a great intense workout and I love that you don't need equipment for most of it. And if the workout of the day uses equipment I don't have I usually just do a previous workout.
