I now understand why people sit when they wipe. I was in the bathroom just now and the toilet paper had run out so I was holding the new roll in my hand. Short story shorter, I have no hand-eye coordination and threw the brand new roll of toilet paper into the toilet. Just tossed it right in. Saddest thing ever.

Yes, and the world's divided on the issue.

Wait, I don't get how it fell in. You were standing and ready to wipe when it fell in right? so wouldn't the torn bit of tp be in the wiping hand near your butt while the whole roll was in the other hand at your side? or were you wiping with the whole roll?

I had the roll in one hand and the torn off piece that I had just used in the other and was about to throw it in, but I guess my mind betrayed me and went with the other hand instead

I had no idea this was such a divided issue. as a stander, the idea of sitting somewhat boggles my mind and sounds like it would require a whole lot more coordination skills.

Maybe some kids will toilet paper your house tomorrow so you can get it back. Put up a sign.

I must have missed that thread the first time around. I don't understand how you would stand. I feel like there is so much oppurtunity for things to get...in the way.

Sitting or standing? Incorrect toilet stance could leave your fresh roll of TP dressing as Jacques Cousteau for Halloween! When toilet paper takes the plunge, next on Sick Sad World!
