For those of us who cannot gym membership (or refuse to pay for the introductory session), what home workout stuff do you have?
I have a set of dumbbells with 70kg in weights (although each one can only fit on 30 kg - the rest is all in smaller amounts), an ab roller, some little running weights (which I have never used) an exercise ball (which doubles as my bench) and, well, some 5 Finger running shoes. Oh, and a yoga mat with youtube for guidance. And doorframe pullup bar.
Apart from the bar, weights and the mat, I got the rest for free (or next to nothing).
So, what do you have (and what do you actually use)?

I've just got a weight bench and dumbbells up to 15 pounds, so not much. I used to workout at home but now I get gym membership really cheap through my work and I've gone much further up in weights because of that. I should have gotten those adjustable dumbbells w/ plates back in the day, though, those are handy. I still would love to be able to work out at home, because being at the gym annoys me, but it seems like it'd be too expensive to have proper variety of weightlifting equipment. I'd love to have the space/money for an elliptical or something like that too.
I used to jump rope at home all the time too when I lived in a ground floor apt. with no one beneath me, that's great thing to do at home if you can.

A big yoga ball, a 12# medicine ball, some odd dumbells, resistant bands... and running shoes! I use it all a few times a week.

I'm currently bidding on:
1 x bench with leg attachment. The back is hinged so can be put up at different angles. 1 x cast iron barbell with spin-locks 1 x barbell 1 x EZ bar 1 x hammer curl bar 5 x cast iron dumbbells with spin-locks
and 126 kilos in weights in sensible denominations. All on eBay as one lot.
This is shittingly expensive new... so I'm hoping to get it for about £100. Even that's a bit optimistic.
I just have to hope no-one interested body-building in the South West goes on eBay for the next week.

I have a yoga mat and pairs of 5 and 3 pound dumbbells. My boyfriend has two 30/50 pound weights that I sometimes pick up and put down again.

we have yoga mats x 2, pull up bar x 2, set of resistance bands I've never figured out how to use, set of push up stands, and two sets of adjustable spinlock dumbells with 80kg of plates.
I do p90x, so I use the mat, pull up bar and weights all the time.

Stuff I use: running shoes kickboard pull bouys road bike/trainer balance ball rollerblades

I have one of those large balance balls, a medicine ball (I think that might be what it's called), a jump rope, two 5lb weights and 3 resistance bands (each a different resistance level). I also have a handful of workout DVD's if that counts.

I used to have a lot of stuff, but I didn't use it so now I have a yoga mat, a jump rope, and running shoes. If I were to add anything, it would be a kettlebell or two. I don't jump rope often, but I use the running shoes a ton and the yoga mat some.
I don't belong to a gym, but I go to a bootcamp class. I made it for years with just the three things before I started the class though.
