i've got a whole big container of leftover soy milk powder from making cocoa mix this winter. i throw it into smoothies now and then, but not enough to make a real dent. any better ideas how to use it up?

Oh maybe I should have posted in here. I just need another item to make with dinner which will already include asparagus and mashed potatoes.

Pad Thai or fried rice! The VWAV recipe for Brooklyn Pad Thai is really good (I usually leave out the onions and put in extra garlic instead)

I'm a student so cooking for one (although I cook for 2 and then just eat the same thing twice) and used 1/2 a can on the Coconut Peanut Chickpeas and Veg from 1000 vegan recipes, which is delicious by the way.
BUT, now I have half a can left and don't want to make another curry or anything too similar. Also, don't really want anything which produces mass quantities!

Ideas? Maybe something dessert-y?

I usually put it in stir fries, but it also works well as a seitan sub in recipes. Sometimes also I'll just saute it (with mushrooms, if I have them) and eat it with mashed potatoes and gravy. I always rinse that stuff off first really well though cause it's usually kinda gross otherwise.

I'm cooking a whole mess of lentils right now. They are going to become veggie burgers probably, but I don't know what seasonings to use! Help!

I ended up cooking the lentils with some liquid smoke, herbs de provence, and lots of garlic. Threw the lentils into the food processor and used a dollop of homemade veganaise and some soy sauce for moisture, then mixed in some whole wheat breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast. I also chopped some sundried tomatoes and scallions. Came out pretty nice.

I have a big asparagus mango that is pretty much ripe and don't want to just eat it straight up for dessert.
I know it's delicious as it is but I wanted something a bit different. I've made the vcon black bean quinoa salad a few times before so not that but maybe something else savoury? Or mango cake? Individual ones? Any advice/ideas?

Or mix it with some lemon juice and some more sugar and make lemon-ginger sorbet!

Fresh artichokes. I was thinking of steaming them and just dipping then in a lemon tahini dressing, but what are your ideas?

Frozen fruit. I went a little crazy at Trader Joe's today and now I have mango, pineapple, raspberries, and blueberries.

Bulb of fennel with all wispy green stalk still attached? I've never cooked or eaten fennel before, just the seeds as a seasoning.

Shredded in used raw in a salad with mardarin segments, red onion and lemon juice/EVOO dressing. Or cooked and pureed with tomatoes in soup.

This topic makes me sad.
