 From Vegan Dad: http://vegandad.blogspot.com/2009/07/ra ... cream.htmlI used strawberries instead of raspberries, Bonsoy soy milk (the best!) and a jar of coconut cream instead of doing the milk in fridge separation thing (I think because we are so close to Thailand there is quite a range of coco milk and cream to choose from at the supermarket, it is cheap too). Ice cream was the one thing I really missed when I went vegan, so I caved and bought a maker off eBay a few months ago! They're awesome things!
