Add your kid's or kids' cute past or present mispronunciations here!
Zola's include: upsy-daisy = upside down daddy lion = dandelion sketti = spaghetti
Felix's include: hairplane = airplane lawn motor = lawnmower (though I swear the first time he tried to say it he pronounced it "mind blower")

Uli says muse-gick for music, which I love. Also:
Meef = mischa (our cat) For the longest time Puh = Ruby ( our dog) Oooterus= uterus Tella = Isabella (an older girl in the neighborhood)
Little speak is adorable!

Dax mixes up a lot of combination words, like "box juice". Capplebots= bottlecaps Coomed = past tense of "come" (as in "Come here!" "Mommy, I coomed!")

Ophelia just broke her speaking shell about a month ago. It's the dream I've been having of a speaking child come true. Of course, now her two-year molars are coming in. "Guck guck" for "knock knock." "Grandma" for Mama. Why?! "Bat pat" for backpack.

One of my nanny munchkins still argues with me (age 3 1/2) that the overhang on a nearby building is called a "yawning" (as opposed to "awning")

I got into a debate with a 2 year old once who insisted that banana was panana and every time i would say "it's BUH-nana" she would crack up and roll her eyes and me and say "PUH-nana!"

I mentioned this in another thread, but the Emperor calls bananas "mama".
My favorite of his mispronunciations is "buggy" for (straw)berry.

This was a long time ago. But my favorite from my youndest was "bah-cide" for decide. As in "you bah-cide" anytime anyone asked her what she wanted to eat.

I once had a kid at daycare who pronounced "dump truck" as "dumb-fuck". We got him to say it allllll the time and it never got old.

I don't know if this is "cute" perse but my 2 yo son says something close to the other "F word" for fart. It could also sound like he is saying fox and that is sort of cute.

My friend's little boy used to pronounce his K's and hard C's as T's as well, so I was Teer-stin and my sister (Karin) was Teer-stin-Tarin (we think he was trying to say Kirstin's Karin as though she belonged to me.) He's 14 now and I miss being Teer-stin. Also, when he wanted to watch "A Bug's Life" he'd ask for a Bud Lite, Mommy, a Bud Lite! which was hilarious. My nephew used to pronounce I as my. "Yes, my do want to get hit by a car, Auntie!" (after I told him we couldn't play in the street because he didn't want to get hit by a car, obvs.) And when I was little (can I nominate myself for a cute-ism, or is that pathetic?) I couldn't say my own name so I referred to myself as Churchin. My older siblings still call me that sometimes.
