These are some dishes that I made this week. This is my first food porn, sorry if things Iook a IittIe messy.

The first picture is the Mushroom and carmeIized onion shepherd pie. This shows them hot and steamy in their
IittIe Ioaf pans.

This is the pIate with Shepherds Pie and wiIted chard with toasted pumpkin seeds. AIso roasted carrots, parsnips and brusseI sprouts.
These are recipes I used from the currant Vegetarian Times magazine.

Winter squash, Ieek and appIe soup with a dab of tofutti sour cream in the center.

and Iast phyIIo dough eggroIIs with veggies and orange dipping sauce.

love the untidy top of the shepards pie it looks very rustic and homey..love to see the use of other fillings too...will make some later this month for mofo.
